Dr. Kalifa Masthan Sahib Qadri is the 11th Hereditary Kalifa (Sajjada Nasheen and Gaddi Nasheen) of Nagore Dargah Sharif in Nagore, Tamil Nadu, India. He serves as the spiritual head of the historic shrine and as the First Hereditary Trustee among the eight-Hereditary Trustee in the Board of Trustees.

Current Position

He is the present hereditary successor in the Kalifa lineage and serves as the First Hereditary Trustee of Nagore Dargah, overseeing its spiritual, ceremonial, and traditional administrative functions. He is the only trustee in whom the hereditary Kalifa title is vested.

Spiritual Responsibilities

As Kalifa, he leads major annual events including the Urus Kandhuri Festival (Fathiha – Dua),  daily rituals, and important religious observances.

Administrative Role

As the First Hereditary Trustee, he is one among the eight hereditary trustees who collectively constitute the Board of Trustees responsible for the administration and management of the Dargah. The Board elects a Managing Trustee for a fixed three year term, while the spiritual leadership remains with the Hereditary Kalifa.
